The client agrees to heed all conditions listed, and agrees to be bound to its current contents, not any previous editions of my Terms of Service.

No one, under any circumstances, holds the right to use any commissioned artwork for AI, NFT, or for any other reason than personal, non-profit use. Any distribution of the work for profit is prohibited.

The client agrees to properly credit me should they post my artwork. This could be done with a simple tag to my account, or a link back to one of my social profiles.

The client cannot alter their commission so as to hide or remove any of my signatures or watermarks, nor claim to be the right-holder to the artwork.

You may request a spot on my waitlist, but a commission must be ready to order within 2 months of claiming the spot. I am open to discuss longer wait times, but reserve the right to remove potential clients if they remain on the waitlist too long.

Commissions are not always approved upon request, but I will answer all inquiries.

Rough sketches will be completed and delivered before an invoice is sent. A maximum of 3 major changes can be requested, but after sketch approval, I will only offer small change requests.

Once the commission is completed, minor changes are still offered for up to a week after completion.

Commissions will be delivered at their full size via a google drive folder.

ETA can range between 1-6 weeks depending on placement in the queue, queue length, commission size, and if personal events have caused delays. Due to this, I cannot provide a more precise delivery time.

For any number of reasons, there may be further delays in the progression of the queue.

Commissions held for twice as long as the maximum ETA will be refunded in full and cancelled, unless discussed otherwise. Even in this case, this is the only condition the window is open for a full refund.

Clients are free to request to see updates at any time, but I will not entertain multiple update requests in the same week.

I will work on personal art between commissions sometimes.

As per the copyright law, I, as the artist, retain copyright of commissioned work. Copyright of the subjects within the artwork remains with original owners.

I reserve the right to use, publish, or record commissioned work for my portfolio or advertising purposes. Clients may request privacy, but I may not always accept.

I am absolved of any legal repercussions as a consequence of clients misusing commissions containing fanart. Characters that do not belong to the client cannot be used without the rightholder's permission.

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel service at any point should the client break any terms or prove disruptive.

Commissions can be paid in two different ways. Option 1: 60% of the commission price must be paid alongside the approval of the sketch. The rest must be paid in full before the delivery of the completed work. Option 2: Clients can pay 100% up-front.

The client agrees to pay the invoice(s) within 72 hours after being sent out. If left unpaid, will be cancelled. Certain conditions need to be discussed to extend the expected due date.

The client agrees that once a commission has been approved and paid for, it cannot be refunded, other than for any reasons mentioned in my Terms.

I reserve the right to withhold service progression until the commission is paid in full.

Patience is recommended! At absolute worst, it can take up to 12 weeks to complete your commission. In this event, a full cancellation and refund will take effect. But should a refund be offered, a product will not be delivered.

Clients must use the AI poisoned version should they post their commission anywhere. The original version is for personal use only.

E-mails sometimes have delivery issues! Please keep an eye on your main inbox as well as "spam" to ensure communication runs smoothly.

I will not repeat anything listed in my terms during our conversations, unless I feel it's necessary, so please read carefully.
